Diana assists clients throughout the divorce process. Some individuals are in the decision process and wish to learn if they can afford a divorce. Others look for financial advocacy after engaging an attorney. Couples who desire greater control over their
divorce and draft their own agreements engage Diana as a Mediator. Her 20-year background in the financial services industry provides clients with sound advice and personalized strategies.
Diana has served the financial services industry since 2002. She completed her financial planning education at Fairleigh Dickinson University, Madison Campus. In 2015, she received her certification as a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) and has acted as a mentor to the association’s professional candidates. Diana received her designation as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst ™(CDFA®) from The Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts (IDFA™) in 2016. Diana completed Divorce Mediation training with the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators (NJAPM). She continues as an active member of NJAPM, The Institute of Divorce Financial Analysts (IDFA), the Association of Divorce Financial Professionals (ADFP) and Academy of Professional Family Mediators (APFM).
Knowledgeable in multiple aspects of divorce, Diana counsels clients seeking advice both before, during and after divorce. In her role as a CDFA professional, she eases the process by providing advocacy and vital support. She professionally evaluates financial matters and demonstrates the long-term effects of multiple settlement options. Clients gain confidence by making educated and well-thought-out decisions.
As a Professional Mediator, Diana assumes the role of a “Financial Neutral,” allowing couples to craft their own marital settlement agreement without incurring the adversarial experience often found in litigation.
The New Jersey Superior Court has approved Diana as a continuing education provider to attorneys. Her course entitled: “Avoid Financial Errors in Divorce Settlements” focuses on the tax and financial mistakes commonly found in marital settlement
agreements. She has also presented to the NJ Association of Professional Mediators and professional therapist groups with her course, “Financial Issues that Fuel Client Anxieties in Mediation”.
In 2022, Diana became a Certified Divorce Coach®. As a Divorce Coach, Diana enables clients to work through their emotions and possible sense of “crisis” so that they may achieve for themselves longer-lasting family and financial decisions.
Diana is also a trained Collaborative Law Professional. Collaborative divorce is a creative conflict resolution process where the 2-spouses, their attorneys, and related neutral professionals (including financial professionals) work together as a single team to create a positive settlement and decision-making environment.
Prior to joining the financial services industry, Diana worked her way up the corporate ladder to become the Assistant Controller and Head of Human Resources of a New Jersey manufacturing firm. Her years of skill and knowledge are particularly helpful when providing competent divorce analyses to individuals, business owners and entrepreneurs.

Away from work, Diana enjoys spending time with her family and has the reputation of being a dynamite cook. The prize of her household is a beautiful blue-eyed Birman kitty who is appropriately named "Bella" and her tuxedo rescue, “Spanky”.
